I define a challenge as a dream that we turn into a goal and start actively pursuing. Life without challenges can get pretty boring, so to make it more fun, we should have more challenges!

  1. I’m a brand new vegan ‘convert’, and I have to admit it: I was super concerned that my running lifestyle wouldn’t be compatible with a vegan diet. I’m slowly proving that I don’t need to worry about that, and discovering your blog has been a huge boost of motivation! Thanks 🙂

  2. I love eating vegan food it is a great way to lose weight and feel better ever since I tried eating vegan foods I have lost 10 lbs I like it.
