Why does your meal plan only have dinners (no lunches or breakfasts)?
I decided to keep it in this format because I know that dinner is usually the most involved meal of the day - the one that most people need the most help with.
Do these recipes have soy, nuts, oil, gluten, etc.?
- A few recipes call for tofu and/or soy sauce.
- A couple recipes call for cashews, but you can swap them for sunflower seeds.
- A couple recipes have peanuts.
- Most recipes are gluten-free, or can be easily modified to be gluten-free.
- Most recipes have an oil-free option.
